Hey WEF folks,
The BUZZ is a Welcome Students kind of event that is going to be held on Friday 29. September. They want to rent the WEF stage.
They are asking whether we can set up two stages like we do for Picnic Day.
To answer them, I need to know if anyone is interested in being on set-up or tear-down crew.
Set-up crew is 9AM - done on Friday 29. Sep. crew is paid money
Tear-down 9AM - done on Saturday 30. Sep. crew is also paid
If you want to be on one or both of these paid crews, I need to know ASAP. If I don't get a good responce, I'll have to tell them "Sorry, we don't have a crew and can't rent you our stage."
If I do get enough commitments, I'll make a bid and if they accept it, WEF will make money, the crew will make money and the BUZZ will have their stage. A win-win-win situation.
